Bruins Pittsburgh: Justice & Revenge

8 minutes left in the game, and the refs are calling random penalties. I have never seen anything like it.

Ward is in the penalty box for an imaginary hooking call or what have you.

Wheeler scores a beautiful short-handed goal from Krejci in response.

A whole lot happened between the first entry, above, and the end of the game. Strangely, I actually stopped caring about the game after it became clear that the refs were either very biased, too tired to think, senile (early onset senility) or worse.

The replays will show the absurdity of the game. Often, the whistle would blow, and no one knew why. At that point, it would be sort of a toss-up as to who was to march to the penalty box.

This wasn’t hockey. And as my above post will evidence, this opinion is not inspired by the fact that Boston lost the game. It is inspired by common sense.
